We customize our services  according to the situation and needs of our clients. We serve you in Finnish and English.

Hannu Lehtinen

Hannu is a producer, scriptwriter and journalist. He has the rare ability to create encounters, events and trainings, where we learn something new about both the subject and ourselves. With him you can learn, among other things, how to lead interactions.

Heikki Härö

Heikki’s strengths are in legal expertise and management. At Innovare, he values supporting people in realizing their potential. He believes in being bold enough to find and walk new paths when creating a career.

Tanja Kaias

At Innovare, we value Tanja’s people-oriented approach to working on projects and her ability to build bridges between different people and ideas. Tanja is particularly interested in cultural encounters, diverse career paths and the possibilities of AI in enhancing learning and knowledge sharing.
